I am looking for a new decent bike between 300 and 400 dollars. I plan to ride mostly street and park, but I am not sure what to get. Are there any suggestions?

heres the story:

i found this 3 year old can of halloween spraycan dye stuff (thats where i got the sparkles) in my frinds attic. so i sprayed it on my frame and thought it looked pretty sick. so i rode home completly bow legged for 5 miles so wouldnt rub off the sparkles and put like...5 coats of clearcoat. there ya go...i thought it was funny
