To determine the frame
Greetings!
Please, help me determine the frame of a bike newly got for restoration.
I have found simillar frame components on a few Italian bikes but not the exact match.
The top of a seat tube is shrunked and distorted so the exact diametr looks like a question/ (seems to be 25.4 - 26.5 mm)
Fork seems to be non-native due to an odd \alien\ spacer in a headset.
No ID's or serials or stickers found. The red color seems to be original.

Bikes: '92 22" Cannondale M2000, '92 Cannondale R1000 Tandem, another modern Canndondale tandem, Two Holy Grail '86 Cannondale ST800s 27" (68.5cm) Touring bike w/Superbe Pro components and Phil Wood hubs. A bunch of other 27" ST frames & bikes.
What kind of dropouts are they? They should be stamped.

Looks like a mid range Japanese or Taiwan made bike. Generally decent work except for the seat stay cluster... flat topped seat tube and swagged seat stay caps.
The dropouts look like Suntour?
What size is the seatpost? That will tell you a lot about the frame.

The dropouts are Suntour like, but the exact match I haven't found. My dropout has a little salient bridge *shown on a pic near*
and this bridge I havent found on a Suntour like or Simplex like dropouts.
seat post 26.4mm

French, Swiss and Spanish bikes with metric tubing used 26.4mm seatposts on bikes made with better quality tubing. The top tube should measure ~26.4mm when you add in the paint thickness. Inch size would be ~25.6mm.
They came with British/ISO BBs and Headsets in the 80's
It has seat tube H2O mounts which could place it in the 80's, but they may have been added along with the top tube brake cable guides which were a style used by custom frame builders not on production bikes.
Also, the fork may be a replacement as it seems to be a little better quality than the frame.
