Have a pair but how do you tell the size?

Great stuff, if they look like that pic then afaik they are a medium.

On page 6 of this 74 catalogue Poutrait-Morin / Zefal / Christophe / AFA / Lapize / Tornade on velo-pages it shows the:
 • short has "CHRISTOPHE" written horizontally in smaller text with a "D" underneath;
 • medium has "CHRISTOPHE" written vertically;
 • long has "CHRISTOPHE SPECIAL" written vertically.
Until I saw this I thought they were different models not different sizes! As per usual the catalogue scans on velo-pages have proved pretty much the best resource for every part of my build.

Here's a photo of them (PM me your email if you want more info/photos and to discuss any trade bits). Seems like what you're after. I'd have to dig around for the connecting parts of them, but probably have that too if you don't already.

Cheers, pm sent.

While I'm on a roll, don't suppose anyone has a Super Mondia headbadge gathering dust? :innocent:

I'm not sure there is such a thing in old school Super Record. The smallest I've seen is 52 for big chainring and 46 or 47 for small ring. Victory had compact - like sizing but is a different bcd.

Iniezione 01-01-17 11:47 AM

ISO plastic Simplex Criterium derailleurs in good condition. My bike does not have dropouts with a hanger, so I would need the RD to have one.

If anyone is looking for GB randoneur bars, I have a set off of a Raleigh Gran Sport, in good condition.

What do you need? I may have it.

I have a mid 90's R600 in decent but not exceptional condition. Mostly original except I upgraded the wheel set to better Mavics. 48cm I believe, compact frame. I usually ride around a 50.

Sure there is:

But sorry, sloar, this one's not available. I can't turn anything bigger than a 50T ring these days.

Ha live and learn. I was convinced I'd be proven wrong as soon as posted it!

USAZorro 01-01-17 03:00 PM

ISO - 100 BCD chainring, three holes to fit a Nervar cottered crankset. Looking for a single ring (if such a thing exists) in good or better condition, in the range of 44 - 48 teeth.

Barring that, would be interested in a single ring cottered crankset in good or better condition in the range of 44 - 48 teeth.

Thanks

ISO a Campy NR rear derailleur cage--just the cage; I don't need pulleys. I had swapped one of those very long Soma cages on my Campy RD, and now that I want to go back to the way it was, I can't find the original cage!

Have: All kinds of stuff. Let me know what you're looking for.

Ah, I may have exactly what you are looking for from when I put a Soma cage on the Grandis. Let me dig through the bins.

need a Nervar left-side crank arm

Does anyone have a left crankarm for this Nervar crankset? The previous owner wore out the inner surface riding with a loose crank. The drive-side is fine.

I've got lots of parts to trade: some odd seatposts and stems, lots of 5-spd freewheels, chainwheels, etc.

Spaghetti Legs, fyi, 50t chainrings were common on the junior racing circuit. I recall using a 50x15 top gear for a couple years.

I have a few sets of SPD mtb pedals if that's what you're looking for. You can check them out in this thread.
