Don't you hate it when a CL ad says "Make offer"? I emailed a seller re: 2 bikes, asking for a ballpark so I would not offend. He repeated make offer. So I made a perfectly reasonable offer. He said "wow, that is low"

With a standover of 34" it probably is 58 cm. Some of those Fuji Touring frames have extremely short top tubes, hence the long headtube.

"I am willing to ship in the US but unsure of freight on something this large and i would need to package it up that has some additional cost."

I think he made the numbers up. caveat emptor!

I think you're right. Still a great BIN price, a pretty good deal for locals, and even with higher shipping added in...

1952 Rudge Sports on Baltimore Craigslist.

https://baltimore.craigslist.org/bik/614895522.html

I took a look at this today, it is dusty and hasn't been touched for decades. Kept inside and should clean up nicely. Passed because it was too small, probably about a 21" frame. Dynohub, pump, etc. Owner would probably let it go for $200, maybe less. The Brooks is totally shot.

Trying to work out a deal for this one. Hopefully he'll go for it, as apparently the frame is in great condition despite the chrome on the fork being messed up.

Anyone in Central California want to check this out? There must be something good in there.

I'd go, but I have a garage full of projects already & need to thin the herd.

This went for a great price, and it's in my town. If only it were my size.
