Here's a Schwinn Super Sport, I'm not certain of the age, or if the price is right. It looks nice, but it's about an inch too small for me:

Yeah -- but, if it's really a lotus and it's in good shape - $150 isn't bad either. BUT, I'm not sure Lotus made a women's frame -- I've seen photos of a mixte, but not of a women's frame.

I think that's more a display stand than a kickstand, you can see where it hooks over the downtube.
I want one of those rear racks for my Motobécane.

Woman’s Raleigh Colt, 3 Speed - $135 (Cambridge)
Hard to find classic English, green, small frame woman's bike. Just the answer to high gas prices and parking in Boston.
Don't sneer at old 3-speeds. They are serious bikes, built for serious use. They are meant for utilitarian cyclists, and they are still extremely appropriate for riders who don't usually go more than a few miles at a time. They are particularly at home in stop-and-go traffic, because they can be shifted even while stopped. Their English heritage: full fenders, oil lubrication, and totally enclosed gear system makes them relatively impervious to wet conditions. They may be heavy, but that is not because they were built to be cheap, but because they were built to endure extremely rough usage and neglect. Properly cared for, they will outlast us all.

Probably shouldn't post this, but I haven't really got this sort of $$ anyway.

I saw a guy riding one of those in Mountain Lakes NJ about two weeks ago, haven't been able to find him again though, probably because I had my camera with me since then.

Anybody ever heard of Marushi? I found this today.
Great Touring/Training Bicycle - $100
"I have a Marushi RX-6. 56 cm. All Shimano components, new 700 x 23c tires, 6 sprocket freewheel. Rides great. You would have to spend five times this amount for a comparable new bike. "
