Free to someone who needs bits to make complete Barcons. I got a few parts gratis from Wheels of Steel (thanks!), and I'm paying forward the leftovers plus a thing or two from my stash. Whoever gets these, please consider paying forward anything you don't need.

Camera is gone but I have these nice red parts that I was going to put on my red Raleigh, but I sold it to my neighbor and he painted it white. Not pictured are the red cable housings, slightly faded, but enough for brakes and derailleurs.

Gone already. I'll go find some more stuff.

I have an Ofmega rear derailer - faded black, short cage. I got it in a box of parts and have never installed it (doesn't seem to match with Japanese bikes). It appears to be in working order.

If jeirvinen wants it, he has first dibs.

This has been claimed.

smontanaro 03-20-14 04:53 PM

That looks like a well-worn Ofmega Mistral (here also). They are made of plastic (but apparently something "better than" Delrin). I imagine they are still kind of flexible. This is from before the days of carbon fiber. If jeirvine doesn't want it, I'll take it just to play around with.

jeirvine 03-20-14 09:08 PM

Thanks a lot for thinking of me. But I'll pass.

If no one has claimed the pedal set, I could use them on a number of restoration projects. I will PM you.

I have broken Deore XT RD, some used sealed bearings that still seem to be OK, a couple of RD pulleys, a pair of PD-M747 Shimano pedals, and a few other things pictured. The catch is, you must take them all. I only ask to be reimbursed for mailing.

These have been claimed.

Dura Ace 7400 crank dust caps. Hopefully someone needs these to tie their build together. Pretty good shape. Yours for a photo of them on your bike and $5 to cover shipping.

Dust caps claimed.

Non bike related, A couple of Subaru items that I no longer need. I know some people here are car people as well...

-Fumoto oil valve. Good as new. I used it on my 95 Impreza and 2001 Legacy. Part #F105 .
-Kartboy short shifter. Their site is hard to navigate now, but I used it on my 2001 and 2004 Legacy. I'm pretty sure it's good for similar generation Imprezas as well.

Free for shipping.

I'd love toclaim the Subie stuff from you, in the process of trying to get an Impreza. I traded in my BD9 Legacy last fall for a Sentra Spec V and have been miserable ever since

I have a Univega Metro5 curved step through frame I'd like to give away. Looks to be in good condition. Unfortunately, I don't know the size because I lost that data and the frame is packed. Looks to be on the taller side. Estimated to be about a 54 to 56 cm seat-tube c-t

I would like to do pick-up only for now.
Please send why you'd like the frame and I'll pick someone.

Located in Bakersfield, CA.

Thanks Kevin. Dust caps arrived today. Still gathering the parts and the time to put this build together but here's a sneak peak ;) (not the exact dust caps for the model cranks but looks fine nonetheless)

^That's an interesting BB shell. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the build.

Free for the cost of shipping: a white plastic REG water bottle. Made in Italy. I found it on a bike that hadn't been ridden since the 70's or earlier. Smells like an old plastic water bottle. Comes with two caps, both of which were loosely attached at one point; one of which is still attached.

anyone have a black 300mm+ seatpost in a 31.6? my carbon one from omniracer cracked :(

Bogester 07-31-14 09:00 PM

My father in-law snagged this at goodwill and gave it to me awhile ago. I could use the garage space and it's really not a bike I'm likely to ride much. The front tire is shot and needs to be replaced (odd ball tire size). Free to a local (Seattle) CVer who will use it..not sell it. If father in-law asks me I "loaned" it to you:)

If you don't get a local taker, I'd be glad to pay shipping here. I have a Peugeot Canyon Express that I keep in the RV. This would be even cooler and take up less space. Might also make a good option when my daughter heads to college....Good luck and thanks for paying forward.......Frank
