Some more junk from my trunk! A complete set of cable guides from Shimano, and a sealed Bottom bracket from Campy. usual stuff cost of shipping etc. Smiles, MH

Not sure how it got into the stash, but it can be used by someone. Cable guides, and clamps for cables.

Bottom bracket for Athena group but can be used elsewhere if it fits.

I could use those top tube cable clamps if they have not been claimed. PM incoming.

I've got an old Raleigh with 600 Arabesque shifters and FD, this RD would complement nicely. PM'd you, hope it's avail.

Dang! Too bad this isn’t Italian threaded, I could really use one of those.
Cheers,

Senior Ryder 00 ,
Did you contact ascherer about Italian parts, I sent him a box of those items for his chrome Raleigh and I think he will have some parts left over. Maybe a long shot, but a possibility. Smiles, MH

Yep, and the spindle from him is on its way to me. Thanks for the referral. Thought maybe I should collect some spare cups.
Cheers,
Van

Van,
Yeah, they are becoming like hen's teeth to find. I bid on one today but will likely loose out due to the low price to start. Smiles, MH

Free bits if you want to pay the shipping from 57702 - PM me if interested and I will get the exact price for you (have to scrounge up boxes and weigh everything and I am too tired to do that right now).

Kajita BB, 122mm spindle as best I could measure, not sure where Kajita fell on the quality spectrum but it is all cleaned up and doesn't show any race or cup damage,

SR stem, 80mm, 22.2mm diameter quill, model 5355 (?), abounding in scratches but certainly salvageable,

SR seatpost, 26.6x220, model D-90 (?), some insertion scratches that I couldn't capture but they aren't very deep and would probably polish out,

Full complement of Dia-Compe 986 brakes, all the hardware is there but the plastic wrap fell off the one and I was too lazy to pull all the pieces out for the picture,

Part II of post:

One wheel's worth of Dia-Compe 983 calipers,

And last but not least, a lovely Shimano Deore LX M563 crankset with 175mm arms, tapers & threads all look A-OK,

MH, do you have any cable clamps for large diameter tubes?

Earlier this week I cleaned up at the co-op and they threw this one away. I didn't want to scrap it and looked up some prices for the crank and the frame. Wacky but over $150 for each item. So it is a pay it forward item today for anyone who wants it. 23" Viscount with some bad paint but likely easy to clean off. Fork is the non-death model with solid aluminum filler and pinned at the steering tube. Has what appears to be the original TA crank. As always just cost of shipping. We can figure out the best price by Pirate ship or any other shipper. The picture as found.

This one came in to be scrapped, but is a nice bit of history that should be saved. Paint is funky but easily cleaned up.
I can get more pictures if anyone is interested. Smiles, MH

What are the clearance for tires on this? Say 700c?

Brian,
I put a 700c wheel in the front fork and it has two inches of clearance at the rim between the fork blades. I'm guessing that will be enough for the size tires you are asking about. Smiles, MH

What about the rear, how is that looking for size? Does it have a derailleur hanger?

Brian,
Just a shade under 126 on the rear so it looks like it might need to be checked for whether it has been stretched or cold set. Der hanger is intact. lemme know if you want it and send shipping addy. Smiles, Dave
