Yikes. I lost skis of a roof rack once, I'd really hate to lose a bike.

"Son, it's a cheap Stingray copy BTS (Beat to Poop) bike. The crank arms are bent because the poor kid who owned this pile packed on weight but never got a new bike. $10 is too much. Any amount of money is too much. Maybe some guy will trade you a pair of lightly worn socks for it".

This thing blew my mind with its insane combination of characteristics. Basket, pink, mixte, aero wheels, signed by Lance Armstrong! I get that they redid it for breast cancer awareness, but putting those wheels on that bike just looks really weird to me. Vintage- The year or place in which wine, esp. wine of high quality, was produced.
None of you are selling bikes made of wine.
Also, there are NO collectors for Schwinn, it just doesn't happen. If they're collecting, they're not collecting your beat up scratched up pos with rotten tires and bent mismatched wheels. Period.
The word you're looking for isn't Antique either. the word is "old"
your old 1970's bike that was only 200.00 to begin with isn't worth triple that now, being all torn up and used up. You can say I'm wrong, but that's why many of you list the same damn bike for months at a time and still don't sell it.
Here is todays protip. Go to Ebay, type in the pos bike you're selling, click "completed listings" add shipping price to total price and there you have it. A real world market value of what people will pay. you can also see what people won't pay. ie your original price.
