That's more than I can afford, but damn if it isn't worth it. Gorgeous work throughout.

Agreed.

Compass Barlow Pass would be a great choice.

Fwiw This is a very nice build. Will be interesting to see where it ends up.

That bike looks awful- I'd subtract $1,000 from the price based on appearance alone. Hope someone buys it and does it proper.

They clearly put in some effort; the red zip ties match the logo!

That front derailleur clamp. The hubs! That drive side crank and ring looks like it's transparant. That thing is amazing!

I have no idea if 4000 TL is a lot of money or not, but that is a beautiful bike. maybe time for a little vacation to turkey?

Even at the list price, that's not a bad deal for a Singer.

Apparently it's about 1400ish...not bad for one of these if it had c-record from what I've seen. With 7400...I think highly optimistic.

There is no such thing as a "little vacation" to Turkey.

Yup, team paint. There is a Columbus decal seen in this photo, impossible to read but I would guess that it is SL.

Edit: Re-reading the ad, the seller states that it is SL tubing.

Austro-Daimler Vent Noir Women's Bike - Seattle area - $350 - Austro Daimler Vent Noir Mixte, Shimano components, Reynolds tubing
.

I've been keep an eye peeled for an AD Vent Noir (pref ii) mixte but between the small size and the Canadian dollar right now (where their asking of $350 converts into an asking of $450), it makes no sense for me.

Treks from those years came in a 21" or a 22.5", but no 22". My guess is the former.
