Approximate measurements 21" Frame from center of pedal mount to top of where the seat post fits in; 30 1/2" standover, 21 1/2" top tub (end to end), Durace shifters, Shimano 600 Brakes & Pedals, Shimano 105 Deraileur, Awesome Mavic MA 40 Rims; Trek tires. Shimano downtube shifters and drivetrain, needs to be put back on bike. **Bike needs a chain, derailleur cables, and is missing the non drivetrain side bottom bracket nut. Should be just a dollar or so for the nut. That's why the crank arm is not shown in the photo. Weinmann 415x alloy rims are true. Project bike, could be a single speed, cruiser, or build it back up as a 12 speed. $65

I'd guess the bike to be a 1984 model. I think that everything is original, except for the pedals. The bike comes with the rear rack, panniers, rear light, and a cable to lock it up. This bike could still be used for touring or it would make an excellent commuter. The standover height is 32".

The legendary top of the line road bicycle, designed by the legendary Grant Petersen, currently of rivendell fame. Built of ishiwata 022E tubing, fully butted. One of the most sought after and collectible bikes by enthusiasts and collectors.
Shimano 600 tricolor drivetrain, avocet racing 1 saddle, wheels built with butted spokes. Control tech stem, nitto handlebars. Very very few miles on the bike and components, probably less than 300.
All original, down to the original 700x28c gumwall tires. Bicycle, paint, and decals are in fantastic condition, with only a few minor paint chips- mostly from moving the bike around indoors.
Hate to sell, but I'm moving cross country soon and need to get rid of my possessions!
I will ship, but buyer must pay packing and shipping charges.

So I know that this is probably the last bike on Earth that belongs in this forum, but I think it's interesting, and may someday be classic/collectible based on its rejection by the UCI. Something about this makes me think someone here might be interested...
I spoke with the seller, and it's over a 60cm frame and the wheels he mentions are tubulars laced to white industries hubs:
