Bikes: Too many to list, all titanium or steel.

Tom,

Sorry to hear about your trials, and especially at this time of the year when everyone should be enjoying quality time with family, friends, and pets. We'll keep you in our prayers and hope all improves quickly.

Bikes: See my sig...

I understand this all too well... The Girl has to go in for some rather serious surgery in a few weeks and I am already a wreck.

Things should work out fine and she should be up and about in time for me to take her out for Valentine's day.

My thoughts are with you and your family.

Sorry to hear about your family woes, Tom. For whatever reason, these things tend to pile up on each other at the least opportune moment. We here at C&V are sending prayers and positive affirmations in your family's direction.

Tom, my thoughts and best wishes to your and your loved ones (both two- and four-legged). I hope Carol has a speedy recovery. I am sorry to hear about your cat as well. I had to put down our beloved 14-year-old dog early this year. It was tougher than I expected, but time heals.

+100,000! Spoken by a pro.

Tom,

Mine will be with you as well. It's never easy being the one waiting. I've done this 1000s of times in my career with others, and a number of times with my own wife. As calm as I might be with another family, I'm a wreck when it's my own.

Blessings on you both, and to your feline as well.

Good luck to your wife and pet. I have had those type of situations and they are very upsetting. Wives worry a lot when they aren't there to care for their loved ones so show your strength and confidence in her presence and leave a few things messed up around the house so when she returns, she is aware you can't get by without her..

Sending all the good-positive-healing vibes I can muster, and said a prayer too! It's true, Gallbladder surgery is a pretty common deal these days esp with laprascopy, (doesn't mean it isn't scary for you). A year ago to the day my wife for some emergency surgery, so I kinda know how you feel. I am sorry for your cats prognosis, I like to believe that our pets go to good places too.

Take care,
Chris

My heart goes out to you, Tom. My wife also had the arthroscopic gallbladder surgery years ago, and it did her a world of good. But she had to wait and suffer for a year before getting it, because the original day of surgery it was discovered she was pregnant! That was our third and last child, our now-18-year-old daughter.

And I've lost two long-lived cats to illness, too, and I know how it is. Tears your heart out. My prayers are for you and yours, Tom, but yours is not only for strength and understanding, but also for some Rest and equilibrium. No, not Valium. You really must appear strong and rested and vital when you visit your wife after surgery. Won't do her any good to see you exhausted and worn. Be positive and cheery. Your wife wants, needs and deserves your support.

Tom,

My prayers are with you and your family. My mother-in-law is amongst the many who have had gall bladder surgery and is doing well after. Hang in there.
