weight stayed the same this week still @ 285
But I did ride 91 miles on my bike and 60+ @ the gym on a bike. But I ate like a clydesdale all week so breaking even is good imo. I have lost 86 lbs sice june so I ate on the holiday - have 55 or 60 lbs to go to were I wana be. 1014 miles for the year BuT I only started mid jume and weight was 371 then so it been a good year now to. Keep it off now in a michigan winter

All miles in the glorious outdoors this week. This was a recovery/rest week so I was trying to keep my intensity down and really just enjoy the rides. I was semi successful. I enjoyed all of the rides, but probably went harder than I should have on at least a couple occasions

72 last week, 36 short of my goal (two half days, and skipping Saturday put me behind). No worries, though, I had a nice long ride this AM (in 15-20 degree temps!!), and doing 20/day next week will put me back on track.
