I've been commuting on this almost exclusively since I built it up a couple of weeks back. I just added a Wald basket to the rear rack also, and got some great panniers for shopping trips that convert from pannier to backpack, so I will need to take some updated photos soon too.

Co-Motion Norwester Tour. 2010 model, custom frame size, since I'm kind of strangely built. Been riding it to work every day for over 2 years now. Changed the bars is all. Cheap Bor-Yeah rack and custom fender extension crafted by my bike mechanic wife. |

Nice Volpe. How's riding with the Viscacha? I've been tempted to get one to use my road bike for light, multiple day rides.

It's a fairly new build so additions will be made as the needs come up. |

http://www.ebay.com/itm/320910129396...84.m1560.l2649 I couldn't stand that bend, so I replaced them with a set of FSA Omega Compact 44cm. |
Thanks for the kind words guys.
And I'm with you Sixty Fiver: this is one of my favorite threads on the forums / these commuting bikes all have a character and seem to reflect the owners very well :) |

Here is my newest commuter that I plan to be my new primary commuting bike. Its a Citta Gazelle minivelo I got on eBay on a tip from a member on the Folding Bike forum. I plan to add a rear rack and panniers and do a dropbar conversion. Its pretty great just what I was looking for. It performed well on the commute on Friday and was wonderful on the 20+ mile ride I took this morning. Here are some pics from this morning's ride.

monsterpile - The Gazelle looks like it lives up to it's namesake... was there any pronking happening during your ride ?

Hauling 30+lbs of cat food on the rack and in the pannier on the way home from work Thursday...Not used to carrying that much weight, it was interesting!

All set up for everyday stuff. The panniers do add a noticeable weight, but they'll be a huge convenience and they pop off the basket easily.
