I have Pearl Izumi Select Gel (fake leather) half finger gloves in warm weather. I have about 4k miles on them. I wash them when they get crusty. Just put them in soapy water, squish, squeeze, rinse and hang to dry. Good as new. The gel is still in great condition, the stitching is still all intact.

I'm currently using PI selects in screaming yellow. I don't have any brand loyalty to them, I just thought that it would be neat to have hi-viz gloves. I have a backup pair of Bells from Wally world that are also adequate.
Same here. Never again!

I like ones made from some kind of dead animal with crochete on the back.......I don't care about brands as long as they are cheap.
Wash gloves?........Only when it rains......
I do wash my cycle hat from time to time, otherwise it makes me cry when I sweat.....

I've been using hot weather motocross gloves. You can usually find last years models on close out and they are made to hold up to moto abuse so they last on a bike. I've got a pair of old Fox gloves I used last year and I recently got two pair of Moose racing gloves for $15 each. I rotate them and when they start to get stinky I just rinse'm out in the shower and hang to dry

Oh....Pearl Izumi, I think. They kind of all seem the same to me.

The smell of the fake leather gloves is.... disgusting. Stiff leather isn't so great. Perhaps if the gloves were real leather it wouldn't be a problem.
