problems with Specialized double wireless computer

I just got a new specialized double wireless computer and cannot get it to pair with any sensors other than my heart rate monitor. Cadence and speed do not connect and I get a fail message when I go through the pairing drill. I have replaced batteries in both units and reset the main unit. I have the sensors installed as per the manual. even if I was not getting reading because of where the magnets are placed it seems I should still be linking up with the sending units. I did purchase at the LBS but hoped someone has a solution before I have to take the unit back in.

If I am not mistaken, this computer head is ANT+ compatible.

You may want to try with another speed/cadence sensor (e.g. a friend's bike) known to work, in order to determine if the problem is with the computer or the sensor.

I think the magnets need to be properly placed and in motion for the sensor to send a signal to the head unit.

Thanks for the info but should not the transmitter sync up even if the the magnets are placed incorrectly I do not get a link up between the head unit and the transmitter, If the magnets are not correct I can see where the reading would not be right but my head unit does not "see" the transmitter.

I went out to work on the unit and for some unknown reason it started to work. Probably some combo of reset battery replacement.
