Bikes: confidential infromation that I don't even share with my wife

This is my favorite from the movie series that I've completed so far. It may help out some of us 50+'ers who want another bike but don't understand how to apply the N+1 equation.

https://www.xtranormal.com/watch/6272413/

And this one for the guy who has "too many excuses" to ride with us.

Did you send the second video to the guy with too many excuses?

Why yes I did. His invite was part of the list of regular invitees and I'm sure it went right over his head. Don't we all know him/her?

I love the zone 3 stuff. I can visualize you guys all riding around the cemetery doing HR checks. I do not use this as an excuse but my problem is that many of my buddies' z3 power is my z4 to z5. That translates to off the back or into the pain cave.

We always seem to workout everyone getting the correct workout when HR Zones are established. On road rides some guys can only stay in the draft while others need to be at point in order to keep the HR up. Sometimes we take pulls with each guy taking anywhere from 0 to 15 seconds depending on how much more or less effort is needed to keep in the HR Zone. In the crit rides I need to be careful as I have a tendency to stay in front and lead then have the HR get into Z4 because I'm having too much fun.

Heading to Barrett-Jackson in OC...I'll have to see what I have in the checkbook. N+1 doesn't seem to translate as well with my wife when it comes to classic cars.

Did pre-race ride, reconfigured track bike gearing, changed cleats and developed an Excel spreadsheet that calculates gear inches nominal 27 inch wheel, gear inches actual and speed, lap time and 2K pursuit time as a function of cadence. Getting ready to go to a party.

Actually, in a way, yes. Repairs to her wheels on her car, a Jeep Cherokee. Well, "our" car.

Bikes: 2011 ICE Sprint Special Edition

My wife and I were returning from a BBQ at her sister's, via bicycle on Saturday, 40 mph winds, heavier gust's, buckets of rain having to ride on tight 2 lane road with no shoulders, (I'm beginning to really dislike "dump truck" drivers!), checked today, the "shoes" are still "wet"!

I had two CF Buenos Aires (one compact, one triple) and manage to break the frames on both of them. Really liked those bikes...really grew to hate Trek customer service.

I may be going to see Hiatt in a few weeks. Would be about the sixth or seventh time.

Our summer concert season will consist of one concert, Carole King and James Taylor. Our first concert in a long while.

Could be a side effect from doping. I don't think you are supposed to spray the Deep Woods Off down you throat.
