73 years, 5' 7.5" (used to be 5' 9") 177 pounds (~165 is my best weight). Speed: fast enough to enjoy the ride but not so fast that I get to my destination too soon. Getting there is most of the fun. There is nothing like riding a bike.

Have all the stuff to start Cruiser Class racing at our local BMX track, but the usual life stuff keeps getting in the way of actually doing more than talking about it. Unexpected trips to the airport, electrical fires at 2:00am, rain, etc . . .
Oh well, as Lil Orphan Annie sez ! Tomorrowwwwwwww

Bikes: See my sig...

Almost 48 and a curmudgeon in training...

Five foot 9.5, down to 150 pounds after creeping up to 160 and adopting a lower carb diet.

Recent physical showed a relaxed heart rate of 55 and bp of 105/79, and enviable cholesterol numbers which is quite good for a guy who has been forced into a more sedentary lifestyle but I do ride 80km to 100km a week.

Just a FYI-total cholesterol is not as relevant as individual HDL, LDL and Triglyceride numbers. Having blood taken after a fasting or non-fasting period can also provide different values. Our Dr. has had wife's and my blood work done following a non-fasting period to represent a truer indication as far as values relating to the foods we consume prior to the testing.

Bikes: I've lost my mind!

57 years old, 5'7" tall, down from about 5'9" in my 30"s. Doc tells me this is normal. 180 lbs, down from 265 2 years ago thanks to rediscovering my bikes. Generally try to get in a 50 or so mile ride every weekend, not very fast. My goal at this point is to retire in a few years and do some touring.

I have been averaging in the 16 - 17 mph range this year, but still like to do the nice and easy rides on the touring bike every now and again, about 12 mph on those rides.

Hey Folks...Creeping up on 58, 5'9", 178 (need to lose another 15 or so) quit riding road and mountain 12 years ago. Rode the road mostly for training and mountain bike for fun and some racing. Hep C took me for a loop and just 3 weeks ago got back on the mountain bike and bought a new one to fuel the juice. I'm feeling great after 100 miles of mostly single track and just beginning to get my wind and legs back. Mostly, I feel like I've got my head on straight again, Was in a funk--weird stuff that Hep C and the meds. My racing weight was 147, but that was too skinny says the wife. I'm shooting to be fit again at about 160, but I'd be happy at 165.
I've always been over the top active, but really let myself go. "I'm back". (Fast Eddy Felson)
:-)

6'2' 185 lbs and 64 years old. I'm still fast enough to crow and slow enough to enjoy. Mostly enjoy at this point of my life. Oh, my crow is rather slow these days.
