Hi all after all the search I have bought a:
Dahon Presto Lite
It's the most lightweight bike Dahon ever produced with only 8.7kg and a 3 IHG and it's a 16" wheel.
So in all I think I grabbed a bargain because the bike is very new, used by a lady a few times.. but I will be riding it for a while and then I will post my review on it. The seatpost is great and longer and there is a large frame with great distance between the handlebar and the seatpost, so I dont feel cramped at all.
My Órbita Flex 16 that I quite like weights 12.5kg, 4 kg more than the Dahon Presto Lite.
I got what I wanted because I need the bike to move around and travel between islands and 8kg is an acceptable weight to carry inside of a bag that came with the bike. Not bad at all.
If someone has more info about the Dahon Presto Lite than would be great to know more about it.

Wow. Congrats on your new bike! Buying lightly used is a smart thing to do. You get plenty value for your money if you find the right bike.
Now you know why we kept telling you to get a longer seatpost
