Just curious.
Trek shop guy I deal with said a flat bar gravel bike which is kinda what I was looking for before I bought my Checkpoint. Either way, if it is that, I’m happy that concept with e tap didn’t really exist when I bought as I’m very happy with drop bars.

I was hoping it was a new shammy cream since the inner space between my astrometric binaries and the blackhole are irritated.

On edit: okay, it's just an image, not sure how people knew what it was referencing.

I would like to suggest to the forum administrators, to have the block feature actually block threads by those we block . That is something it does not do. I have not yet blocked the OP simply due to the fact it won't block his threads, only his posts. Then again, if they did actually block his threads, there would only be one or two threads active on Bike Forums.
For the love of god Mike, go ride your bike and stop posting so many pointless threads.

You routinely reject almost all objective advice on this forum, but you can't ignore a marketing pitch? You are a marketing department's dream.

Oh you're mad about the Marathon Plus? lol. I'm getting a tubeless wheelset. Promise.
I bought a drop bar bike and got e tap after almost 30 years of flat bars and mechanical gearing and an IGH, based on advice given here.

Not sure how it's a "pointless" thread. Trek is one of the biggest names in bikes and they are releasing a new product and making the lofty claim of it being "our biggest launch ever". Is this something Trek frequently does or is the reveal already known?
On the car forum I frequent, if a car company made this claim, its discussion would not be "pointless".
So I'm missing something here.

What you’re good at is seeking validation on things you’ve already done.
Now I’m done too.

It is one thing if you had said I got this email from Trek Bicycle and they said worlds are colliding and what could it be. However you just posted an image from something on the internet that has no bearing on anything without context and no actual useful commentary from you to start a meaningful discussion.
In terms of Trek it is probably a new bike with a 20% larger downtube for a bigger more aerodynamic LOGO. But who really cares? I doubt they have much to revolutionize and if it is two already existing bikes they make colliding they well just use some variation of ADEMNO and that is something that have done for a while. The only bike they could make that would really get me excited would be a Letterkenny themed bike called the MoDean (and MoDean II and III of course), a perfect bicycle to ride while drinking Gus and Bru or some Puppers or maybe doing bong rips with the skids.

Silly me. I assumed when one of the biggest names in bikes announced their "biggest launch ever", it would have been discussed and leaked as happens with most launches in other product-driven industries so clarifying the image would be unnecessary.
Either
a) this has been discussed and the product revealed ad nauseam leading to a general malaise on the topic
b) Trek or the bike industry in general participates in this type of hyperbole regularly
c) you are all too cool to care about Trek
d) you have no idea what it is and don't want to admit to not being in the know.

*Waves virtual hand* This is isn’t the announcement you’re looking for.

Oh I see. You are too cool for the thread. lol
If you read the original post all I asked is had this been revealed
In any other product-driven industry there would have been no need to explain that the image had come from one of the leading producers of product for the forums specialty.
