Any recommendations for a place to have custom jerseys made?
My son and I are riding cross country this summer and we would like to have custom jerseys made with the logos/company names of businesses that are supporting us on our ride.

voler.com? If you have a local LBS that supports riders, they might be able to tell you where they have their kit made.

My club uses Voler for our jerseys, but I don't know if they are cost-effective if you only want a few. You should also consider local print shops (who have experience printing on to synthetic fabrics).

Looking in my closet, Voler, Primal Wear, and Peak-1 are all nice. I have five from Champ-Sys but every single one has some weirdness with the zipper.

Find jerseys you like that are available with large areas of graphics-free white fabric. Then approach local screenprinting shops to find one with sublimation capabilities and ask them to be a sponsor, too.
