Fork? if you wanted too. Theres a few options out there.... Manitou Gold Labels etc. Whats the specs on the bike? As long as the bike rides and performes well, you shouldn't have to upgrade it. Unless you want to get into the weight side of it...

I'm not too keen on upgrading forks just yet..if i was to how ever i would go for something with 150mm of travel or more...i just dont know if the frame can hold so much weight with that amount of travel...i was thinking more along the lines of derailer, chain guide, wheels...hubs things like that...if u want a spec list ill be happy to post it up for u?!

well. I've got that Aerosmith song in my head.... "There was a time, when i wannnted a big fork. Thought about getting a triple 8. It was a good deal, 300 bucks for it, and it had 170 millimeters of traavvel"..... but then i was shot down because my obvious stupidity was too much for people to handle. Let's face it. i had no idea what i was talking about. Hey, i'm still learning. buuuuut...I, i realized that that much travel on a hardtail that was built around 100mm of travel was kinda stupid and reckless. My frame would most likely have ended up broken and me in tears. I eventually went with a fork that has 85-130mm of travel and i absolutly love it!! it's great for what i do.

I just finished doing the winter rebuild, it was put thru hell during the 07 race season. The frame got a fresh coat of white powdercoat, I rebuilt the fork with all new seals and oil, regreased all pivots, new egg beater pedals, new XTR rear Der., XT front Der. as I'm still waiting on some a-hole on ebay to ship me a XTR front.., new cassette, black bottle cage, new shifter and brake cables, new chain rings and new chain.

Ahh, nothing like revamping a bike to make it feel like a new one, eh?

Looks very good man!

Hahaha yup, u are right. But actually it is not a parking deck but just a viewing tower. By the way, this is found on top of a hill, so after going down the spiral, you will still be able to sprint downhill. Absolutely love the "wind in your hair" feeling, except for the fact that I had to cycle uphill first.

Cheers,
Joel
