BTW, for the full, proper flavor and effect, you should drink it from a couple of these:

All the more proper if you just throw the grounds in the bottom of the pot, boil, and swirl it around to let them settle to the bottom before pouring a cup.

True grit.

Bikes: Bike list is not a resume. Nobody cares.

^^ That's Cowboy Coffee (or camp) I've chewed on many a cup.

Since santiago seems determined to go a bit higher tech, though, I offer these razzoo, ultralight, titanium wonders - - French press:

^^^Too expensive and too bulky I figure. It would be nice, but I think I'll aim for simplicity.

No, unfortunately, but there is a BMW cooler that plugs into one of the 12V outlets in the trunk. I also will be very likely flying to my camping destination so I won't have my car. I'll probably have a rental of some sort. Do car rental places rent pickups?

Green monster? Is that a fancy way of describing how you blow your nose?

Evening? True vacationing requires drinking much earlier in the day.

Occasionally. I got a little Ranger or an S-10 reserved one time with Avis, I believe, cheapest rate of any vehicle they had. I cannot tell you how it went b/c I go to pick it up at the Reno airport, get to the counter and find out my wallet is still on the dresser at home - - no drivers license, cc, nothing

Quick question: I'm 5'9" and growing, would I be able to raise the seat and ride a size long DJ bike semi normally (to get to the places that I want to use it)?

Yes. My HT is a 15" and Girlscouts Voodoo is a 14.5 and I can ride them with no problem. A long seatpost(400mm) should work out fine for you.

BFG, that is an awesome pic.

Ok.......Some of the ruys at ridemonkey were having a camping trip.Thats where I met Gastro and Wheelie mert. A guy that went by Biggins put it together. There was much nonsense going on. Motomile pedaled his new M1 DH rig almost to the Blue Ridge Parkway then submereged it in Mills River. He was duct taped to a tree......anyhoo, Biggins and my son started ragging on each other and Biggins called him the girlscout and it kinda stuck. There's more to it than that but thats the short version.
