the 13" of snow we got here in DFW Texas is finally melting off and now its in the 60s and supposed to start raining so we are going on like 3 months straight of none of the trails being open. I am dying to ride over here!!

Us either, I'll be up in Jersey this weekend hoping to get in a good ride. I'll be on the shore, hopefully the roads are clear enough, maybe I'll even find a group to ride with.

I can't wait to hit the trails again, but between snow and rain and school I haven't been able to.

Bikes: Bike list is not a resume. Nobody cares.

I believe . . . I believe the U.S. is going to kick some butt.

Again.

I got to shake hands with Ben Serotta and Craig Calfee today. It was cool. The best part was I actually shook Ben's hand through the main triangle of one of his frames.

Know what is sad, the only bit of the olympics I caught was the opening ceremony. For some reason, I didn't miss it at all. I'll be watching the summer games more closely though.

Great game, folks. Even if we did not prevail, an overtime win is what it should be all about. Great job Canada!. Jerks.

It was a good game. USA bobsled team ripped the place a new one though. That looks like flippin fun!!

The closer was definitely classic and perfect.

I got my first sunburn of the year today, in march. That's crazy. And painful.

Opinion: XT or SLX shifters? I hit the dirt today. Was great. Now time to go from 7 to 9 speed. Everything else is XT anyway.

Allegedly (I have not noticed) my favorite/closest (IE under an hour away) mountain biking area is beginning to suck from people riding wet trails and a little erosion. SOB.

It's aggravating isn't it.

Things are dry enough here in areas.
