Got an official verdict on the knee on Monday just haven't checked in here on BF. Knee cap dislocated to the outside which was the pop I heard. No real damage to knee or ligaments just some stretching, swelling, and a good amount of pain. Good news is all I get is a knee brace and a few exercises to strengthen it back up once all the swelling goes down of course. Should be back out on the trails in no time!

Got my bikes here, been doing a lot of rails to trails and rode riding.
Covered 18 miles in 1 hour 12 minutes the other day on road with my Dawg. Hardly every dipped below 15 mph. Felt great.
I, last saturday bought a 1996 Ford Bronco XLT. Its awesome. It has the "super duty" towing package. Quad shocks in front (4 in front two in rear) and a nice 5.8L V8. 351 windsor.
Doesn't have a muffler or tail pipe, ordered a Flow Master Super 44 and a tailpipe, should be in soon.
I'm happy, I've always wanted a Bronco, and now I finally got one as my first real vehicle, under my name.
Just checking in, I'm still alive. Off to college in 8 days.

Bikes: Bike list is not a resume. Nobody cares.
Windsor is a nice little mill. Agreeable daily driver and more there waiting to be tapped when funds permit.

It was a bit rough in the beginning. the bike shop people were idiots. My bikes came packaged poorly, I had parts to other peoples bikes in my boxes, and they cut my computer wire... it was too clean to be a rip. I also couldn't get parts like spacers and stuff to fit right. On my Trek I had it so there was just enough room with the spacers, tight fit but it worked. I think they mixed spacers up, I had to cut it down a few mm's. My Kona Dawg doesn't shift right so I am less than pleased, especially when it was over 200.00 to ship them.
Yea that engine has some good punch to it. Right now it doesn't have anything from the cat back. It needs inspected so I bought a flowmaster and a tailpipe. should be in soon (today hopefully) along with air filter, and a belt. Ill need shocks though cause this thing bucks worse than a bull. When on the gas or brake you can feel it, they go in increments. Set of rancheros will cost me 287. due to the quad front, add to the price =/. I am a die hard Ford guy, and having a Bronco, a 1996 at that (last year they where made) makes me happy.
Luckily for me is I can order any part or tires through the family business and get a discounted price. I get parts for at cost, not retail. And we have just about every tool imaginable in the shop. My cousin is also the head painter and a body worker at a big auto body shop. Hes practically the owners right hand man. He has 24/7 access to the shop, and its air conditioned. So basically just the money is holding me back..... money... such a horribly wonderful thing lol.

EVerybody knows the best 4x4 is a supercharged dodge with a beer in the glove box... good enough to be buried in.
At least your bronco isn't white... i would be very worried then

Got a Flowmaster Supper 44 muffler and new tailpipe on, All 6 shocks replaced, (Rancho Rs5000 series)
New belt, airfilter, floor mats, Steering wheel cover,
Been a little busy past few days.
Muffler was making the floor in the back a little too hot for my liking, (theres about 4-5 inches of clearance between the muffler and the floor in front of the rear bench.
Had to go out and spend yet more money on heat wrap and shielding material. Seemed to work ok. Drove the hell out of it today and the floor was just warm, not hot.
Rancho shocks are 100% better ride. It still had to original factory shocks on it. Things wouldn't compress without a huge loading force and then would stick, horrible.
The bolts were seized and stuff so it made things interesting.
Now that I am 18 years old just about completely broke and In debt with a credit card and the Family business' charge account with Advance Auto Parts....... My truck is street legal, sounds and runs and rides good lol.
I'm happy...
off to College in 4 days... Luckily that is paid for.... Thank you AF ROTC!
