The red one's a ringer - it was handbuilt by a local guy, based on the old joe murray kona geometry.

Two purple ones are both kona keikis.

The green one with the batman sticker is an old ('90) kona explosif.

And all the way in the corner, with the 'stars and bars' paint job, is a kona a'ha.

Bikes: old school Giant Attraction MTB (where it all started),old school Schwinn High Plains MTB (XC and long ride duty), Mosh DJ3 (BMX basher), and Trek Bruiser 1 (freeride and full of mods and still growing)

My bike as of today with new brakes installed (Grimeca System 8), new rear derailleur (SRAM X.9), new shifters (SRAM X.9), and new cassette SRAM PG970. It's amazing how much of a difference the new drive train makes but I was riding Shimano Acera so it's leaps and bounds greater.

Fresh out of the shop, pre-ride.

i'll get a new fork in ideally June, but most likely somewhere in the neighborhood of mid-july, i'll just have to see how it all works out, cause I'm almostpossitive I'll be getting a promotion at work, but it's one of those things where it could NOT happen, but i don't see that

I really like ym calipers too and they work great

Nice Blazinall! What fork do you have on at the moment? Also what are you thinking of getting for your next fork?

SS-ben --- the fork i have now is the Spinner that came on it (130mm), I'm looking at a Fox Vanilla RLC, Fox 36 Vanilla, or Rock Shox Pike 454

Bikes: Titus Racer-X AL/Trek 520(RIP)/Trek 930

Old pic: Now has Time ATACs instead of clips and straps.

Pretty much how I had it built up in 2001
Titus Racer-X AL (large) with Fox Float RC
Full XT kit (Cranks are 2004 though) -- I don't like discs
Marz Z2 race (Oil Bath FTW)
Mavic x517/XT with 36 DT spokes
Syncros seat post, easton bar, generic specialized stem
Its just about perfect and only replace parts as they brake.
I used my employee discount on this, saved me a bundle.
My dad has an older one of these. Racer-X's are built like tanks. His is now nearly 10 years old and he bought it used after it was rented by an outfit in Moab for 2 years. Parts were dead, but the frame (and the rear shock) solder on as well as they did th day it was made.
