^^ He should love them - - he has it on good authority from this other guy that they are the greatest thing since buttered bread . . . or Transitions .

I've been running Yeti logo's since 1999 and yes D...I do love them. As soon as I found out they made Odi Lock-on Yeti's...I tossed my Rogue's, Lizard Logo's, and Ruffians. The Yeti has an ovulated (oval) logo that sorta acts as shock absorption and the small logos all around the back side of the grip give the fingers plenty to hold on to.
Now if I only had a Yeti frame to go with them.

Ha, thats funny for some reason. All of the XC riders around here have standard QRs and nothing bigger than 32mm uppers. Must be some crazy XC (just look at what it did to your other frames). Of course I'm joking, because I do realize you use it for things like urban riding

Hard to say, I sold some of the old parts from the Hoss Deluxe (+$150?), bought some new ones (-$750) plus the initial cost of the Hoss (-$1800) so about $2400AU for this. About $1600US.
Ive just bought this for $275US in a scratch and dent sale, scratches, no dents.
Maybe it will be cheaper as a single speed.

Perhaps "elliptical" would have been more appropriate?? But considerably less eventful/socially awkward, so I guess the correctness of word choice is debatable...
Anyway, $300 for near-new Rincon via Craigslist.. Hooray for being in college and having no money...

my bikes
1986 to 1996 assorted HEAVY full rigid MTB all under $500
1996 -My first "real" MTB was a 1996 Cannodale f500 that I spend about $500 to $700 .
2001-Sold it to pay for Schwinn Rocket 88 stage one - $500 or so, Used
2002 - Bought used Specialized Enduro Frame $500 built up for at least $1000 more with Fox fork and Chris king hubs etc
2003 sold Schwinn to buy parts
2004 Surly Pacer $400 plus $1000 build up Dura Ace/Ultegra build
2004 or 5 new Weyless XP frame for $235 , used old parts to build it up
2006 Zion hard tail steel frame $250
Sold Weyless, sold Zion, sold tons of parts
2008 Ventana El Ciclon frame $2000, Pike fork $550 all SRAM X.0, hand made wheels and the rest +$1000
2008 Traded full Pacer for Waltworks 29er frame
Mostly I slowly upgraded by selling off old stuff on eBay to buy new parts on end of the year blow outs etc. I would buy stuff like 959 pedals and keep them for a year or two until I had a bike to build. If I found a GREAT deal on shifters or Dérailleurs I would buy it up and save it.
I do all my own bike building and wheel building that saves tons of money.

£347, from £397. The bike was on sale and since I discovered a small scratch the retailer knocked off a fiver.
