55r to RST Space?

Ever since Ed posted about his fork its got me thinking about going a different direction with my Shadow build. I am temped to go with an RST space and get rid of the 55. Its a pretty big step down in travel but for what I think I want to use the bike for maybe it would be a better choice any opinions?

Well dude...you are in KS. The 100mm would be more than adequate IMO. If I had it to do all over, I'd do that slack 4" RM Flow frame with an Argyle

I would like to add that I don't regret my choice of the Komodo and 4-6" fork at all, but there is a small part of me that thinks the Flow being able to achieve a 66.5 deg HA with only a 4" fork would be a little more shredable on my local terrain than what I got. The bonus of doing the bigger bike, I guess is that I will still be able to do some of the bigger stuff w/o totally nuking my gear.

Slack is back, Jack...and if you can get it outta a bike that is quick/agile/light and plenty adequate for your geography, do it.

Heck man $300 for a Space vs. prob. the same or less for an Argyle. Get the Argyle. I'm confident you can get a good Motion Control'd Argyle in your pricerange. The Flow with the '08 4xWC would be the PIMP'ness too.

I'd still enjoy a dedicated short travel twinny-foh at some point
