Just kidding. But the point is...it exists. People just don't read it, or they assume it doesn't apply to them. Which means they wouldn't read a new sticky either.

There's no need for more stickies imo. A simpler solution would be banning anyone who starts that type of thread.

I think a sticky for request for stickies should be started.

You should be banned and then that should be stickied.

Maybe you can become a mod and do it yourself. You always act like you're some kind of rebel but secretly you've always wanted to be a mod. Admit it.
