BMC...doesn't quite make my BykePron list. It's more like a Thursday night beer goggles bike.

Thanks. Ya, been dragging my feet but finally got on the stick last week. Well, and the fork finally showed up. Pretty much down to brakes (Stroker Grams), grips and a chain.

OK, check this: aerospace engineer builds his son a custom gearbox bike:

Another gearbox bike - - using a Shimano Alfine hub as a box - - out of NZ:

Or this - - CAST aluminum frame from GB - - Empire Cycles AP-1:

^^ Allen Millyard is an interesting dude and quite a tinkerer. He's most known in his native UK for custom-machining/tweaking on motorcycles. Like dig this 5-cylinder Kaw H-1:

Was there ever a sweeter sound than 5 chambers barking at you? Keep in mind that the H-1 was originally a 500cc triple.

Oh, and a correction: He's a nuclear engineer by trade.

What those downhiller bikes need to make them look nasty is a set of Teny Rmo Windmill effects rims. Just saying........

^^Agreed

But I'd settle for a set of TAGs . . . if I could find any, and reasonably priced.

I was going to follow up on my joke regarding the definition of porn and what you geeks are defining porn. I then remembered something very amusing.

Our dear old friend Rev.Monkey used to really get off on pics of bikes posted by people here. He was particularly fond of gastro's pics and would go so far as to even provide sound effects!
