New (first) helmet and gloves!

So after buying a bike computer and finding out I can hit 45 pretty easy I figured it was time to get a helmet and replace my mechanics gloves with real ones! I present to you!

The big question is, do they match your bike and full kit?

Can you say full kit in this thread or is that a cuss word?

Good to see you have superior protection. This sport is a blast, but can be brutal.

Are you still riding that youth sized box store bike? If you think you hit 45 easy it seems more likely that you never properly calibrated the computer for the small wheels.

You know sometimes getting something new for your bike rides can really make you feel great - Sometimes things can even make your bike go faster - Like the last time I did a good detail cleaning on my bike - I swear it was ridding faster that next week...

I have always been reluctant to wear protective equipment, but I do it...

After working in EMS and ERs my tolerability towards protective equipment and clothing is much greater...

My mom is an ER nurse. She still dresses me before I can go outside and ride.

45KPH, sheesh I thought we were talking about fast.

I hate to wear gear but im getting calice on my hands so why not right, plus im going to use my helmet on trails, on the sidewalk or the ****s, fk that.
