My Japanese isn't so good. Nor am I good talking on the phone with strangers. How do I break the ice? Ask them if they have seen Pearl Harbor?

Are you multilingual?

i'm so annoyed with the weather. we had rain today followed immediately by a change of wind direction from the north. apparently there is ice all over the roads. weekend riding ain't gonna happen. maybe i should get the trainer out. i would rather bil my head though.

The plow guy finally showed up at noon.

That's good. I have no idea why they didn't use that format to start off.

I don't expect to see a Tennessee/Rutgers matchup. UT will finish near the top of the conference, and Rutgers will not.

I believe the women's teams play this season, however.

Look at this! Another Facebook find. Someone posted a picture of (part of me) gearing up for a race at boarding school. Even at that tender young age, you could see that I was about to emanate some serious wattage.

60 minutes on the rollers. That's about all I can take. 3x10 minutes w/ 5 minutes rest then 2x 5 minutes w/ 1 minute rest. I'm either really out of shape right now, or people that say you can't get a good workout on the rollers are liars. Probably both.

nice brake extenders

And the way RU is playing, I doubt they will finish at the bottom of the Big East. They would need to be top 8 or 9 to make the NCAA, but I don't think the NIT is out of the question
