I probably did need the miles, but I'm done.

Here is the Garmin summary:

Count: 20 Activities
Distance: 511.77 mi
Time: 28:36:58 h:m:s
Elevation Gain: 19,518 ft
Avg Speed: 17.9 mph
Avg HR: 153 bpm
Avg Bike Cadence: 90 rpm
Calories: 22,173 C
Max HR: 185 bpm
Avg Power: 221 W

However, 167.15 of the "miles" were indoors.

Lost about a week to my stupid cold and a few days to travel.

It's old weather lore about the passage of rain clouds heading West on the generally prevailling winds.

RUE!!! I knew it. All this talk about taking a week off was just setting me up for a more spectacular emotional crash and burn.

I had 483 miles, which for February would be an impressive amount for 95% of Americans. But at this idiot site there's always some hotshot who rides more.

I loathe the day I first clicked onto this site.

I'm OK, thanks for asking.

I'm also on hold trying to get help from software support. What an idiotic exercise it has been thus far.

If the judges disallow at least 30 of Herbie's trainer miles then I shall declare myself the winner before anyone else posts.
