My FD just came in the mail! ...and I just spent 2.5 hours picking out the perfect bottle cage...

Had a nice ride today. Windy at the beginning and rainy at the end but still had fun. I forgot to turn the garmin back on for a little over 4 miles, total ride was a little under 30 miles. At one point towards the beginning we were on flat ground and riding into the wind, I looked down I was doing around 270 watts and moving at a whopping 13 mph.

It's like 50F here. It was rainy. There is snow in the forecast (maybe 6") for tomorrow night and back down around freezing for the rest of the week.

I went with the Blackburn Camber in gloss black. I might have preferred the matte version, but I got this one for $20 less. It was a toss up between:
- Blackburn Camber
- Arundel Dave-O
- Bontrager Race X Lite
- Tacx Tao (Black Al version)
- S-Works Rib Cage
Since the bike is steel, kind of an odd color, and only has one bottle mount, I prefer a cage that can stand on it's own. That ruled out my usuals: the Tacx Tao and regular Rib Cage Pro. I decided I didn't the the Dave-O would look right with my frame, and the S-Works had clashing complimentary colors, while the Bontrager had loud graphics. I was pretty interested in the Blackburn in the first place, so when I found one on Ebay with a misspelled title and lower price, that sealed the deal.
I'm still not sure how it will look in person, but I will probably keep it unless it functions horribly.
