I thought of another waving question, but even I have enough shame not to start another thread . . . at least not now. What should I do with it?

You know caramelizing something doesn't involve caramel, right? Not the same as caramel apples.

Good thing Machka doesn't come in here...she'd give you a piece of her mind for that statement.

Wrong and wrong. The chef at the restaurant I used to work had caramelized brussels sprouts on the menu and they were phenomenal. But he was a six-figure/year chef.

I generally just take the brussel sprouts, cut in half, and roast with a drizzle of olive oil until the outer leaves just start to turn brown.

Easy and tasty.

My dad has gone to China for business, and my brother has left for spring break, leaving mom all alone. It's dinner with grandma and mom tonight.

That doesn't make it right.

Try allrecipes.com. It is recommended by Mrs. RJ

Old gravel driveway. Snow removal and the freeze/thaw cycle make ruts and gouges in the driveway. The gouge was probably an inch deep. I just didn't see it and caught the edge. Rolled my ankle.

You've not met me.

The good news? Daylight saving time and warmer temperatures mean I hope to get out there this weekend for a longer ride without those bothersome knee warmers.

Woohoo, we're marching toward spring.
