I say the above figure is a female.

We need coasting to settle it. If he thinks the subject is attractive, then it must be a male. If not, it's a female.

I had a z-pack once, I'm not a fan. Too much up and down, I'd go from ready to take on the world to feeling like complete ****...then a half hour after I took the next one I was ready to take on the world again, but halfway between then and when I was supposed to take the next one I'd crash completely.

Z-pack works for me. The last antibiotic they put me on had me hurling within 10 minutes of taking it.

what other exercise do you recommend other than plank. i hate this stuff because it makes me hurt but after my pilates class, i realised how weak i am in the middle. i got cramp once soaping my back in the shower.

What light did you get? I haven't looked again, but I was about to buy a Magic Shine before the battery incident.

keep doing the pilates. Anything to strengthen your LOWER abs, Gluteus Medius, obliques, as well as the pelvic floor muscles will help with core stability

old fashioned situps and other exercises that give you a washboard stomach (upper abdominals) are cosmetic exercises
