I read Shannon's blog & Modblog more than I visit BME these days and I stopped contributing to the community in any real way some time ago... I used to hang out on the old BME BBS and was much more active back in the mid / late 90's... Sounds like I should have stuck around - that Forest City trip would have been dope!

Chris- you're remembering me from the ice-cream ride but you saw Canice on the Danforth. We azn gurls sure are easy to mix up, lawl.
I think it was the fact I saw the bike first, nice looking girl second and assumed it was you. Silly of me. Canice looked familar and it hit me adfter it was from the CM pics posted last month, and not from the ride. Oh well.

With Dan gone I will assume the role of the triple poster (good luck in Dublin!)

So, went to the prenatal class tonight. Watched a few "Birth Stories" videos. Worse than Alien. I'm sorry but I already know how babies emerge into the world. I don't need to watch a larger lady in various stages of nakedness go through many different poses trying to pop out the little babe.

Did they show the one where the guy is singing "She'll be coming 'round the mountain" to his wife?

I found the birthing classes to be of more use just to put panicy parents at ease. Yes the horrors of birthing movies did nothing to put one at rest. I think the whole thing to to remind folks to breath so they don't pass out.

Watch it yourself and see... the lake shall keep us dry. It amazing to watch the pricip cells vanish.
though this one does look like it just might cross the lake in the next couple hours... it's also spinning in the opposite direction than usual, so if any of you have been feeling off the past couple 24-36 hours this could why. Remember, we are bags of most water and affected by atmospheric pressure, and lunar/tidal influences.

don't forget to push. i'm not sure how much use the birthing videos are as a coaching tool for mothers-to-be; perhaps they should show them to young girls for prevention.
