For those who are interested self help/improvement seminars by Dan "danpositive" Baston will be available by the author after he returns from his extensive fact finding tour of Europe and the Sub-Continent. Cost will be $500 for a scintillating hour long tasting...I mean discussion of life improvement techniques. Make cheques payable to IneednewCampytrackcranks productions.
Speaking of new Campy track cranks in Berlin Cicli Berlinetta has new Campy pista cranks that have the old campy logo on them, not the cheesier new one. They look just like C-Record Pista cranks. Can those be found at home or is that a special thing? Why do I care? Because I'm a dork that's why. And I want them.

Happy b-day Mike (belated) , I got a lump in my throat from the pictures. I wish I didn't have to bolt to Mississauga that evening. I continued west as you guys headed up Spadina, man what a headwind ride I had.

Well I'm hitching a ride on a flying machine on saturday. Should be home around midnight. Kind of bittersweet. It'll be nice to see home and all of you though. A top notch lot of lasses and blokes you are.
I think the events of the last couple of weeks will really seem real when I touch back down to reality. Time will tell. See you soon.

Also, does anyone know where I can rent a bike-box (for plane travel) ?

MEC. Or you can get a cardboard box for free from most bike stores if they have one. Or just do what I did: take off the pedals and turn the bars sideways and hand it to them. Worked fine for me. I heard thar's what Mike Barry does too
