ps. the sprint to the finish in yesterdays stage was uphill and they hit 78kph. Craziness.
I was about to say I'm down but then I remembered I'm going to my friend's show that night. Crap. I guess I'll have to watch Sunday's stage in the morning! Anyone want to watch sunday's stage sunday morning at my place? Yeah. I thought not.

Okay, thanks for the heads up.

The Nashbar hat order seems to be in. I'll be picking it up this afternoon and PM everyone the damage.

Cool, I'm free today, meet and grab a coffee later to pay up if you are free.

If only I had $60 to waste, and wanted to be a BF hipster.

Don't you have to pre-register or is that only if you're registering a city (i.e. as per the mess media page)

And I'll be leaving work around 4, so a hook up around 5'ish or thereafter should fly if that works.

I get out at 4:30, so if you want a 3rd for coffee, let me know. I'm probably gonna head somewhere for one anyway.

also: tattoo nerds: do any shops here do anything special on Friday the 13th? Some friends of mine did a 13 13's for $13 thing last year.

i was born on a friday the 13th, so it's good luck to me; i'd totally get something (cheesy) to commemorate, but i hadn't heard about anything like that... probably just as well cuz i have a show tonight (no GG for me)!

Eeee.... I'll be bouncing around like Duppy was last week. I'll probably meet Pyze at Tango Palace, our local caffeine stop.

it's been worth it to me; 2 years and they're still going strong, despite many rainstorms. of course the cleats are totally worn down, but that's probably because i often have the urge to tapdance on floors/pavement. they were my first cycling shoes though, so other than my schmancy sidis, i can't really give a good comparison. i will caution, however, that how well they fit might depend on your feet: i find the tongue in them a bit annoying (but not enough to give them a bad overall review). oh, and i dig that they have a reflective bit on the heel!

Sidis are better, but they are also 2-3 times the price. Exustar is a great budget choice

Who's got details about Toby's alleycat tomorrow? I'm driving my nefew's first date home at 9ish, so no Global Gutz for me.

I must miss the cultural relevance. Having a 13 tattooed seems like the putting a hudu bullseye on yourself to me.
