So my buddy went to philly and did a training ride with CSC the day before a race this weekend as he works for Cervello. Ride of his life. I highly recommend you do a training ride with a pro if you EVER get the chance. dump your other, quit your job whtever, as you will remember every pedal stroke for years and years to come.

I'd love to see these sprints begin, and I'd be willing to help organize / setup, etc. (hint: cavernmech, PM me if the you've been delegated). Can we do them on Wednesdays, though? (I think that was the original suggested day)

I'll try and stop by Ed's tonight (Tuesday) as well. I'm really feeling more night riding. The last few weekend days I've been out have been crazy hot which leads to too much hanging out and not enough riding. Which is fine... in moderation.

So my Speedvagen order package showed up. Ho-ly crap. There's a silk screened wooden plaque along w/ requirements for mud and blood samples (baggie supplied). If anyone just won the lottery or cashed in the trust fund let me know and I'll pass this info along.

And who is doing the Friends for Life ride? They seem to still have space for riders... I have to see if I'll get some time off at work to do it. If not, I'll pledge some $$ to help those who are riding.

That was a fun little roll around tonight...
