If your B.B. has no play and spins nicely without any binding it is prolly o.k. Quite often I have customers who think their B.B. is toast because it is creaking. 7 times out of 10 it just needs to be removed...the shell cleaned and greased and then re-installed. try this first...if it is still creaky after that then pick up a new one.also check yer chainring bolts and cranks bolts to make sure they are tight. Sham had a maddening creak that turned out to be one defective chainring bolt.

Does anyone have any fav eating establishments in the UofT/Chinatown/Kensington area? I usually try and bring leftovers for lunch, but I eat out sometimes at lunch. I've got a pretty good list of regular places, but it's always nice to have a new option!
There's a MTB race in the Don this Sunday if anyone is interested, I'll post more details when I have them.

Also...anyone up for a Holiday Monday Mtn bike ride? I was thinking Albion or Ravenshoe.

Bikes: 70s Leader Precision w/Shimano 600 (road), IRO Rob Roy (Fixed)
Trek down to Burrito Boyz at Richmond/Peter.
Corned Beef House at Adelaide/Widmer rocks the big one.
Bangkok Paradise, New York Sub, Shanghai Cowgirl all on Queen St. W from Portland to Bathurst.
Chung King at Spadina/Oxford used to have their crispy szechuan beef meal for $5 or so, and was phenominal.
King's Noodle on Spadina at Dundas (north west side)
The Burrito place in Kensington has a pulled pork burrito - the only one I've had from there, but was good.
Way more of a trek but some seriously good eats can be found at College/Ossington in Phil's BBQ.
Enjoy, share.

I wouldn't mind hitting Albion again actually. Ravenshoe is fun, but I don't find there's enough variety and I've already been there twice this year. Although if I'm out-voted, that's fine too!

I would prolly prefer Albion as well. Not only more variety but a swim after.

"By the looks of things Zipp have had a fairly busy summer. They will present several things to the media and the Euro crowd in a few hours, and topping their tech list is tough, as they have revamped their wheel tech across the board and will also spring what is on paper, the highest performance cranks released anywhere to date in their new Vuma Quad…
Not satisfied with that, they’ve also come out with a wheel (The Sub 9) that, at 15 degrees yaw, actually produces NEGATIVE DRAG… No worries, as the tunnel numbers are also exceptional at 5- 10 and 20, but the tunnel data I’ve seen for these at 15 degrees is way cool... Minus 80 grams drag, so roughly 11 watts forward power!"
wtf!

hahahaha.. yeah, I'll post up my pics on Flickr tonight. I have some choice ones of him..

And yeah, anyone can buy 'em. But the CD is $80 for ALL photos for a bib in high-res.. or you can pay about $21 per 8x10" print. I figure it's easier to just get the CD and have all of team 188's photos and print whatever, whenever. That's what I meant.. whether there'd be anyone else interested in going in on the CD.
