You mean L'il Hauler? It was SS once upon a time but now it's got a 48-38 on the front and 11-21 7sp on the back. Why do you ask?

I meant the actual mountain bike. Just curious.

Nah, the mountain bike is your typical (for the time I guess) 3X8
A SS mtb is on my wish list though (along with many, many other bikes)

Follow this link to purchase yours today, https://www.lulu.com/content/1528476 If you place your order before December 4th you should have it by December 24th.
The following people contributed to the book.
Foreword by Derek Chadbourne
Edited by Rick Conroy
Contributions by (in no particular order) Martin Reis, Tammy Thorne, Roger Moore, Henry Martinuk, Tanya Quinn, Chris Carlsson, Jim Swanson, Leanne Eisen, Margaret Hastings-James, Tooker Gomberg, Paul White aka Steeker, Herb Vanden Dool, Jacob Allderdice, Brandon Zagorski

That's wicked, thank you so much! If you put it in an envelope with my name on it and ask to leave it behind the counter for me that would be perfect. I know all but one person there so chances are someone I'll know will be working.

Cool book idea, thanks for the link Brad.
Sprints tonight? I've got that ride up to 400/7 tomorrow, but I'll still drop by on the way west tonight if it's on like donkey kong.

Hey look at that, I found this place again. Man I miss it here. Stupid non-bike life.
Anywho...
As it stands, sprints are on - despite my saying to Will earlier they were not happening due to the awful weather we were supposed to be in the middle of. However, that being said I will try and post an update on here - and msg the Facebook group - before 8pm with my final answer.
And on that note, we're also working on a ****e weather contingency that could possibly take the shape of a bimonthly indoor event. This is of course pending some logistical issues that some of you may receive somewhat cryptic pm/email/phone call/etc's regarding. I assure you, this is not on purpose so much as my style of running with a project that is a somewhat of an incomplete thought, but so far so good

bimonthly? that means every 2 months..?
Yeah, it's awesome. My front 5-LED planet-bike light seems plenty bright (for being seen) as well, but it's kind of giant and hideous.
Maybe I'll see you on the highway. I'm heading to Ottawa on Friday as well... Gonna do the cx race (@ Terry Fox Athletic Centre) on Sunday morning if you're bored.
I assume you have a ride already, otherwise you're welcome to come along in my veehickle.

... but it seems I'm not visible from the sides at times. I've started wrapping a reflective band around each arm at the elbow but <infinite dork>does anyone know any velcro bands that also light up?</infinite dork> I really like not having to worry about my stuff getting ripped off when I'm not on the bike, but I don't want some assride side-swiping me either.

We are on page 1337! Woo!
I picked up a superflash on lunch today and JHC it's bright. 1/2w LED is almost overkill I think. At any rate here's a PSA, Dinottes having a sale again. 200L lithium ion version + tailights. The 140L tailights is like a 3w LED or so. Still waiting for an affordable bright front light.

2.5 months?? HEhe. Grab the energizer recharegeable kit at Walmart $19.99, 4x 2500mah nimh rechargeables + charger. Can pickup a 4x AAA 900mah set for like $13.
I'm fulltime at urbane now. Usually just dropping by bikechain during lunch or something.

Is that a bump of, "yes, sprints are on. Learn to read, ******," or, "uncertain..."?
