I believe Brad suggested leaving them at The Bike Joint if I'm not mistaken. Since Cavern isn't available for ticket distribution anymore!
Speaking of which, TBJ has a website now? Was that your doing, Brad?
https://www.thebikejoint.com/
Would it be wrong to go meet up with Critical Mass and steer it down towards the St. Lawrence Market area only so that I can have a posse to take me through the traffic chaos to where I'm going anyway?

There's been a website for as long as I can remember, it's not my doing!
Nothing flashy (more like GIFfy), but it's to the point.
Thanks for the tickets mr traffic jammer!

I might have to rip the soundtrack of that vid. The guy kind of reminds me of Javier Bardem's character in No Country for Old Men.

I'm going to Ottawa next weekend for a friend's baby shower, so I'm likely gonna hit the show on Friday. So, let me know when's a convenient time to pick it up. Or are you gonna drop them all off at Ye Olde Bike Jointe?
Also, while I hope that Spring bike show = Spring weather, I'm trying not to anticipate that actually being reality.

Mass was fun, good to see you again Mike. I got video footage of it all so I'll have to see how it came out on the handlebar mount. We rode down Queen and had a moment of silence for Dukes, then went up to Bike Pirates.
Don't worry oper, that really IS my buddy and not the twit.
Thanks a lot TJ, let me know if it's easier for me to meet you or just grab it from TBJ...

From an old school perspective.....
Loads of stretching, core muscle attention and spin spin spin.
Any cross training will help of course be it martial arts, weights, yoga, pilates etc.
Like J said loads of squats as well. Any specific discipline?
