That's awesome!
Also: my super cheap deal$ of the day:

Craftsman 15mm stubby to fit in the seat bag - $2.99 ordered from sears.ca.
Planet bike "Peace Pump" mini-pump - $8.50 surprise find @MEC -- not something I would use daily, but only 74g when tossed in my bag, and looks like it'll do the trick in an emergency.

I keep getting a bit giggly every time I learn a new function in Actionscript, Javascript, PHP, etc. because I've been thinking of them almost like DND spells. WIZARDRY! ... *sigh*

Did I say I loved my helmet cam? Riding down the yellow line on Yogne from Bloor to work, this guy tries to punch me.Epic fail and most likely would have broken his arm had he connected, you know physics and all that. BUT I do have his plate on video. Assault anyone?

You still wearing those gloves w/ the carbon knuckles? That could have led to a painful surprise for him.

the glove portion of those are shredded ... need to rebuild them or move the knuks to a different set of riding gloves.
I know it would have hurt like hell had he connected but I think our momentum and the fact he's flat butted and leaning back vs my leaning forward, he'd have come really close to tearing his arm off., at the very least completely destroying his shoulder. Was a first for Toronto for me though, and I caught it on cam.

what happened (i'm almost guessing the answer is "i was on my bike on the road") to make him want to punch you?
given the nature of the attempted assault (you on bike, in traffic) this could almost be considered attempted murder! ok, that may be a stretch but theoretically punching someone on a bike from a moving car could have lethal repercussions.

naw...dude..it's all good... I was riding the yellow, and this ****** thought he was gonna be funny. Had me managed to hit me though, he'd have been the one in the hospital with no left arm due to closing velocities and our body positions, he'd have been lucky to have use of his arm afterwards has he got me, and I wouldn't have had to do anything. He was indeed proving how stupid he was, you don't throw a punch from a moving car.
