The geometry is towards the sport/road end of things so it isn't a racing type of ride but super comfy. No short reach sidepulls unfortunately, but with full fenders in mind, I guess they had no choice. The build kit is really nice as well...Anodized Formulas on Alex deep rims...Vittoria Rubino's...144 bcd IRO style cranks w/ a nice solid 1/8 ring. I am not usually so shameless a shill but I really like their bikes. A Canadian company producing a mass produced bike that doesn't look like one.

This is Rob's new bike. Obviously not the stock build, but who of us does ride a stock build?
How much are the stock builds. Last time I was at the Parliament shop you were out of Steelwools (weeks ago).

This place is dead. Dead like Wes after dropping his ass on Harbord while riding home. Oh yeah, commute-faux-racing FTW.

*blink* Did I miss something? It ain't a race unless everyone knows you're racing. Did I get caught in a Commuter Challenge without knowing it?

The entire build kit is around $450 complete. We are only stocking the Street City Fixed/S.S. model at the moment.

First Don ride of the year...stupid work. Did a couple laps of the lower Don. Only saw 6 or 7 other guys in there. They have done some serious work on the dirt jumps since last year. I think I will make it my commute home from work every day. We are so lucky to have such a great trail system right in the centre of the city. Good times.

Stoked for the Mansfield O-Cup this weekend. Going up for the weekend for pre-riding and racing on Sunday. The Nottawasaga Inn even has a whirlpool, sauna and waterslide! YAY!

Actually, that's steel + carbon isogrid. And there is a whole list of things about that bike:

-Weirdo steel+carbon frame
-Campy bits
-White paint
-Single ring up front
-Alpha-Q CX20 fork

I wouldn't have thought of the isogrid pattern as 'argyle', but I guess I'll take that too.

*kicks tyres* hmmm, nope - this thing is only rated to 88mph.

Eggbeaters arrived, w00t, no cleat changing issues in my summer shoes either, yay. I remembered this time to grease the threads of cleat bolts and pedals. Experience teaches me stuff, yeah!

LAWL. I just got back from Brampton. Aside from the awful sprawl and sketchy (read: fast) drivers, they have great roads. Especially the industrial parks around Steeles & Airport road. Would be awesome sprinting grounds...

Commuter challenge == Special Olympics. Everyone's a winner!

Because I'm tired, covered in baby spitup and tired, I still don't get it. The whole bike for 450?

I need pie.

The build kit...which is all the components needed to build the bike is around $450. The frameset (frame, fork and headset) is $600. The whole bike complete, built, is $999.

Also, great "fan" made music video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WK3O_qZVqXk

I wanna see him play live so badly.

And finally, a great video of him doing a mashup 'howto', in bed, with a girl asleep next to him.. high-larious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KykbPtRb0K4
