Ok Kids don’t forget no Beer or LCBO stores open tomorrow & most other places!
Stock up Cheers |
I think you might have to do that. They'll have riders dressed and ready to go with officials arguing right up until start time. I like how some teams are cutting the star, avoid the controversy and get your jersey on TV, that's all that matters to them in the long run anyway.

i've seen people drive to critial mass in the past; sort of socially-conscious-former-anarchist-now-lives-in-oakvile-but-wants-to-hang-on-to-their-roots types. if you're going to drive i suppose it's better than driving to costco...

You could always just wear your pants on your head and your t-shirt on your legs and then ride upside down with your hands on the pedals.

I can see terms of conduct agreements being drafted. No more blind eyes until caught. A whole team has been asked not to compete based on the possible actions of the athletes. Regardless of wether the team itself is complacent in the doping or not, the team, ergo the sponsor, has just been handed a marketing black eye that could really affect the bidness. I say you get busted for drugs you give up your salary and endorsments, effectively you rode for nothing. |

anyone else notice that in all this doping mess, most of the top american riders remain unscathed (Julich, Leipheimer, Horner, Zabriske, Hincapie). the euros must be thrilled....
EDIT: i forgot about Landis. |
http://www.cycling-manager.com I wonder if there is a doping component to the game where two days before the start of the race your team is decimated by bans and arrests. I just read in another thread there was the sounds of Champagne uncorking on the Landis bus.
