Okay, Cycle Therapy's having an auction tomorrow ... everything's on the block. It's our year-end clearout so expect to see bikes, tools, components, apparel, etc. all auctioned off. Some of the bikes will be starting at $50 for example. It'll be a Dutch-style auction, ie. if there are multiple sizes/numbers of a particular bike they can buy as many as they want at that price, then the next highest bidder can buy as many as they like, etc.
Registration starts at 11am ... auction at 12pm. It should run a few hours (you can register after the auction starts). If you're wondering about anything specific (ie. that Poprad Disc that T.J. test road earlier on this season that is STILL kicking around somehow) just give me a call and I'll let you know when it's scheduled.

Haha darn! I thought I'd have a ridiculously-pimped-out-double-cross buddy! I went by curbside to see my friend shimon and he showed me in the catalogue that my hubset cost almost 1000 bucks! haha!
That double cross at the show put mine to shame though. I honestly don't know how they will ever sell it.

I would have bought it for $2000.00 and tell them to swap out the wheelset or something to make it happen.
They did build it up pretty blingy eh?

I should have brought a camera with me. Next time I'll remember.
Anybody feel like going for a ride tomorrow?

man, i was dissapointed in that bike show. i was counting on at least finding a brakeset for my road bike and i saw a grand total of 1, for $100 (105). was it just me or was there an abundane of roadie and freeride clothing (you were right about the freeriders taking over, traffic jammer). i almost picked up a pearl izumi jacket but did i really need another bike jacket? no.
did i hear someone say they saw a fixie for sale? i couldn't spot any.

I would have been all over that Sputnik... But it was a 55cm...
I did take it for a little spin, skid, and some backward circles!
