What kind of fenders are they? Are they full coverage or clip on? Do you have eyelets for fenders?

That little threaded hole on the top there is an eyelet. Its designed to support fenders or a rack or both and is more secure than clip on style fenders.
On the raceblade style fenders it may be easier and more secure to just use zip ties and crank them down hard, and then cut them off at the end of the winter...

Damn, I missed the MEC swap; what did the seller want for the Pinarello? Did it sell?

Bikes: Menonite black urbanite, probably enough spare parts to make anther one.
duppy, if i'm not mistaken your IRO should have fender eyelets. you have to thread the brake caliper bolt through the brace on the top of the fender first, then attach the metal stays to the eyelets. takes some playing around and adjusting after that. good luck my man. your dry backside will thank you.

I was gonna buy the rello, but was 2 minutes too late. It would have been too big for me.
I could have flipped for at least twice that amount on eBay/CL...

Naw, it was a roadie bike. But still a steel of a deal!

It was red, old dura-ace rear derailleur, campy cranks, 105 brakes, campy brake levers, mavic rims...
Could be converted to fixie, but I would rock it roadie style!
Damn it! I should have taken it...
