So, there was a shooting right in front of my appartment last night. Apparently the guy is on life support so they're investigating as if it was a murder. I was out, but my roomate said he heard *POP POP POP* and tires squealing around 1:30am. ROTFL. Oh wait I mean ****. Thank god my parents are in Florida right now. My Mom would totally freak out.

Just got back from kelso. Good times, but unless you just want to ride up and down the hill there's not much in the way of hills. There could also be more trails for 7 bucks.
The "x-treme" trail is pretty fun though.

Also, to re-hash the carbon mtb argument, I fell on some rocks today and the seat tube landed on a rock with all of my weight on it. If it had been carbon I'd have had a very expensive and upsetting walk back to the bottom of the hill.

Made pizzas the shape of bicycle wheels for dinner. This recipe is hands down the best one I know for homemade crust. I sub half brown flour, and make sure the pan is covered in corn meal.

Well I know titanium came out OK. Carbon+impact on sharp rock= I can't believe it would have came out OK.

Got home from the cottage earlier than expected today and had some time to spare to almost got my latest project bike completed... just need some handlebars (xc risers), front brake + lever, spds, and a decent seat that won't rip the ass outta my pants... :)
