What's the usable lifetime of a new CF frame?
Are newer techniques in CF construction able to replicate steel frame longevity?

Absent crash damage CF frames will last a very long time. And if you do have crash damage, it's more economical to repair, than a TIG welded steel frame

I have over 50,000 miles on my Trek frame and fork, still perfect. I suppose the lifespan is indefinite.

Yes, your diagram perfectly illustrates the figure that I provided. Several decimal places suggest the precision, and my word speaks to the accuracy. Not only will my prediction be borne out, but to the millisecond or so.
