The only reason I had to make a snarky comment is because Robert has a good point regarding the cassette. I have an Ultegra cassette on my carbon DA wonder-bike. DA cassettes are a waste of money unless you NEED that reduced weight. But hey, it's his money.

She got jealous because a "gym *****" as she calls them used the elliptical next to me and then did a "typical gym *****" move of walking by me as I was sitting waiting for her to finish up and stopping in front of me to throw out her trash in the can. I didn't notice... I guess I have to be more observant in the future.

I'm still thinking it was all coincidence. Contrary to my wife's thinking I don't think there are hot (not that I was looking!) 20 somethings trolling for mid 30's married guys at our gym, but I guess you never know...

My commutes aren't generally exciting, either, but I think I wanted to focus on product review type stuff that goes beyond the typical single paragraph add copy. I'm the type of person that will read like 20 reviews on 10 different backpacks before deciding on one and I'm always annoyed when I can't find any good reviews on stuff I'm interested in. And there would be the occasional fun ride story/camping trip/rando stuff if I can ever get around to doing that stuff.
"what are you doing, looking at porn?"
"no, reading reviews on bags"
"ok weirdo"
so i know where youre coming from, and would certainly appreciate the reviews.
i like youtube for "unboxing" videos, gives you a better idea of size and quality and functions that photos cant

Also, I saw improvements that friends made last year after a regimented program. Granted, it sucks, but the results speak for themselves. Ask Heathpak ; trainers produce results.

I'm mid-way between your position and your wife's - not a coincidence, but she's not trolling for mid-30s married guy; there's a big difference between wanting someone and wanting someone to want you.

Aww, damn. Pacenti website is under maintenance. Wonder if that means that $40 lo-pro rim deal is over.

TrainerRoad and the Soprano's. Or, World Poker Tour, or YouTube the Indy 500, or, or, or.... Lots of ways to skin that cat.
TrainerRoad has a workout builder that's the stuff.
